About The Friends of Foster Care
Tidewater Friends of Foster Care (TFFC) is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on enriching the lives of foster children in Hampton Roads and Richmond, Virginia. Established in 2016 by experienced foster parents Richard Litton and Audra Bullock, TFFC addresses the critical needs of over 1,700 foster and at-risk youth each year. Operating on private donations and grants, TFFC collaborates with local social services and businesses to provide essential support services.
The organization runs various programs, including professional tutoring, funding for extracurricular activities, and summer camp opportunities, all designed to help foster youth thrive academically and socially.
