The service checks readings against user-defined limits and alerts designated people by push notification and email, with SMS available as an option. Frigo records readings and incidents automatically with timestamps, and provides monthly reports for filing or export. Frigo AI also produces weekly notes that highlight changes and patterns worth reviewing. The platform is available on the web, iOS, and Android. Hardware, connectivity, alerts, and reports are included in a monthly subscription, with replacement equipment covered. Frigo says setup takes under five minutes and requires no cabling or technician.
