Frogfoot Fibre

Frogfoot Networks is an open-access fibre infrastructure provider in South Africa, helping homes and businesses connect to internet services through its network. Rather than selling internet subscriptions directly, Frogfoot enables customers to order connectivity through their preferred Internet Service Provider (ISP), either via the ISP or through the Frogfoot website.

For homes, Frogfoot Fibre replaces traditional copper cabling with optical fibre and offers speeds ranging from 30 Mbps to 1 Gbps, supporting faster downloads and improved internet connectivity. Customers need a router supplied by their ISP to use this service. In selected Fibre to the Home coverage areas, Frogfoot air provides an entry-level, Wi-Fi-only option with speeds of 25/10 Mbps. It uses the existing Frogfoot network, supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and does not require an additional ISP-provided router. Its standard home access installation can also support an upgrade to a regular Frogfoot Fibre line.

After an ISP accepts an order and confirms customer details, installation is scheduled once the relevant zone is live.
