Welcome to This DIY Life! We are a couple who are passionate about budget DIY projects that don't compromise on quality. With over 20 years of homeownership experience, we have become DIY experts, learning from our handy dads and figuring out creative and beautiful ways to upgrade our home on a budget. Robin, a former Registered Dietitian, and Ed, a self-taught home cook, know how to create healthy and delicious meals. Ed is particularly proud of his Instant Pot skills and has perfected a recipe that he loves to share.

Robin excels in making meal planning a breeze. Saving money is another area we excel in. We have successfully paid off over $90,000 in consumer debt and school loans while raising our two kids and still having fun.

With our boss-level saving money skills, we can't help but share our strategies. Family fun is a priority for us, and we love to travel on a budget. We are also known for our creative kid birthday parties that are sure to provide a memorable experience.
