Flight School Association International (FSAI), formerly the Flight School Association of North America (FSANA), is an organization serving the flight training industry. Renamed effective February 27, 2026, FSAI connects flight schools, instructors, industry partners, and people interested in aviation through resources, programs, events, and advocacy.

The association offers information for prospective pilots, including guidance on learning to fly, pilot certificate types, choosing a flight school, introductory flights, training costs, and career pathways. For flight schools and aviation professionals, its resources include safety information, FAA accident statistics, aviation data, a job board, and a directory of government contacts. FSAI also supports training and outreach initiatives such as AeroCamp, AeroChapters, and FSAI Youth, alongside accreditation information and member program tools.

FSAI organizes industry events, including an annual conference, Flight Training Advocacy Day, and a Designated Pilot Examiner symposium. Its advocacy activities include legislative support, and its membership offering features benefits, partner opportunities, and school-search tools. The organization also publishes Flight Training News and maintains a library of aviation resources.
