FSE ITALIA Srl

FSE Italia is an Italian fire safety engineering organisation that combines scientific research with engineering consultancy. Founded in 2015 as a consortium of engineering firms, it developed into FSE Italia S.r.l. in 2019, alongside its research laboratory. The organisation applies performance-based fire safety methods to assess fire behaviour, quantify risks and identify measures to protect people, property and the environment.

Its services include fire scenario analysis, computational fire modelling, assessment and sizing of fire protection systems, sprinkler temperature analysis, and evacuation studies that can be viewed alongside fire simulations. FSE Italia works on projects for high-occupancy venues, shopping centres, industrial and logistics facilities, offices, hotels, healthcare buildings, underground car parks, complex structures and historically significant buildings. Its work supports fire safety design tailored to each building and its use. The company reports that projects have been approved by the Italian National Fire Brigade. Its multidisciplinary technical team includes specialists in fire prevention, scientific coordination and computational fluid dynamics, and it develops staff expertise through on-the-job mentoring and training.
