Frauen Sucht Gesundheit e.V. is a registered association providing specialized support for women across Schleswig-Holstein who are affected by addiction. Its services address difficulties involving alcohol, medication, nicotine, cannabis, gambling, digital media and other forms of addiction. The organization uses “women” and “girls” inclusively for people who identify as female and feel addressed by its services.

Support includes counseling, group programs and online counseling, as well as outpatient rehabilitation, continued care and aftercare. The association also runs a Center for Relatives, offering counseling, a guided group for women and information sessions. Through DAISI, it provides advice and information about remaining alcohol-free during pregnancy. Its project on ADHD and substance misuse offers support, information events and group activities focused on the relationship between ADHD and addiction.

Beyond direct support, Frauen Sucht Gesundheit e.V. shares information and provides training across the state, represents interests and works on quality management. Its activities include public events and a small-group ear acupuncture program based on the NADA protocol.
