First Touch Coaching is a coaching and training organization that emphasizes high-quality sessions delivered with enthusiasm, knowledge, and fun. Its website provides a new-hire onboarding form for staff, indicating support for recruiting and administrative processes. The form collects contact information, position and manager details, program affiliation, job title, compensation amount and schedule, contract dates, worker classification, and state hub information.

It also allows new hires to upload relevant documents and provide additional notes. Listed program options include Play!, United Athletic SC, and an option to specify another program. The form accommodates both W-2 and 1099 worker classifications, as well as hourly, monthly, or annual compensation.

While the available information highlights training and staff onboarding, it does not detail specific coaching programs, sports, locations, or services beyond its focus on delivering engaging, knowledgeable training sessions. First Touch Coaching presents itself through a practical onboarding resource designed to gather the details needed to bring staff into its programs
