Global Precision is a manufacturer of highly engineered products for mission-critical programs in aerospace, defense, emerging technologies, and related industries. Its Precision Gears Division designs and produces submicron gear assemblies for jet-engine fluid, actuation, and reverse-thrust systems, drawing on 50 years of experience and specialized manufacturing processes. The division’s vertically integrated operations bring gear generation, grinding, special processes, and assembly together under one roof, supporting quality control and responsive production.

Its capabilities include gear hobbing and shaping, worm milling, spline generation, CNC grinding, turning and milling, Swiss machining, diamond lapping, wire EDM, and component assembly. The company also provides processes such as dry-film lubrication and fluorescent penetrant inspection. Its gear solutions serve commercial and military turbines, defense systems, and space programs, with a focus on precision, reliability, and demanding delivery schedules. Precision Gears holds AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, as well as Nadcap certifications for nondestructive testing and EDM. Global Precision operates eleven centers of excellence across four countries and offers additional divisions in engineered products, thermal treatment, advanced coatings, and tubing technologies.
