FTSK

The Frühberatungs- und Therapiestelle für Kinder (FTSK) is a child-focused early support and therapy centre based in Brunnen, in the canton of Schwyz, Switzerland. For more than 40 years, it has supported babies, young children, school-age children and adolescents whose development calls for additional attention or whose abilities are affected by developmental, motor or physical challenges. FTSK brings three services together: heilpädagogische Früherziehung (special education early intervention), occupational therapy and paediatric physiotherapy.

Its team aims to support each child holistically and individually, using playful and creative approaches. Parents are included in the work and receive guidance to strengthen their resources and confidence in helping their child. More than 300 children and families benefit from the centre’s services each year.

FTSK is supported by an association and welcomes donations and membership contributions to help sustain its work. The centre is reachable by phone and email from Monday to Friday, and is located on Bahnhofstrasse in Brunnen
