FU-MO

Fu-mo trading, Inc. is a Japanese company founded in January 2013 and based in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. Its name, “Fumoffu,” expresses the satisfaction, ease, and reassurance people feel when they finally find what they were looking for. The company’s mission is to create and deliver that experience by connecting Japanese customers with products and services from overseas. It aims to reflect user feedback in its services while balancing the needs of customers and operators.

Fu-mo trading has developed several ventures over the years. These include Fumoffu no Omise, an online store specializing in imported products and focused on safe, reliable delivery; the cross-store price comparison site Yunyuhin.com; and a Firefox add-on for comparing Amazon prices across marketplaces. It also sold Get Console cables for connecting iPads and iPhones to serial and Ethernet equipment, with Japanese-language support. Some ventures have since ended or been transferred to other operators. The company also handles wholesale inquiries and media requests, and has previously announced authorized distribution of overseas hardware and accessories.
