Doctor Who General, also known as the /who/ Wiki, is a fan-created parody wiki focused on Doctor Who and its surrounding fandom. Owned and operated by Henry Van Statten, the site presents itself as a compendium of opinions, jokes, lore, obscure references, and humorous writing from the Doctor Who General community. Its pages cover a broad range of topics, including the Doctor, companions, monsters, Time Lords, episodes, television, films, spin-offs, books, audio dramas, comics, music, games, and guides.

The wiki also features fan commentary, recurring community jokes, and irreverent takes on developments in the franchise. Its deliberately provocative tone and unconventional “canon” policy are part of the parody, not an attempt at authoritative reference. The site explicitly warns that its content is not serious and should not be treated as fact; it invites contributors to add and revise material while acknowledging that much of it has little connection to reality.
