Fudiggl

Guggemusik Woghaislä Fudiggl e. V. is a community music group based in Waghäusel, in the Hardt region of northern Baden, between Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Founded in November 2000, the association brings its energetic, rhythmic and intentionally unconventional Guggemusik performances to local celebrations and events. Its activities are closely connected with Fasnacht, the festive carnival season, and the group describes itself as part of Waghäusel’s Fasnacht tradition.

Alongside appearances during carnival campaigns and parades, the musicians perform at family and street festivals, birthdays, weddings, company celebrations and other occasions. The association also shares recordings and videos of its performances, publishes reports from past events, and provides information about upcoming appearances and rehearsals. Its website features a calendar, listening samples and an Android app, as well as updates by email and social media.

The group welcomes people interested in joining and invites event organizers to request a performance. Based in Waghäusel, Woghaislä Fudiggl offers a lively local music presence for public festivities and private celebrations throughout the region.
