Fuehlbarleichtercoaching

Fuehlbar leichter Coaching is a holistic women’s health practice founded by Doreen Moser, supporting women in midlife as they seek greater calm, energy, and connection with themselves. Based in Guxhagen near Kassel, the practice also works with clients online. Its approach considers the links between the body, hormones, the nervous system, nutrition, and emotions, rather than focusing on a single symptom or relying on strict plans.

Services include Reiki sessions, guided meditation, practical nutrition and nutrient consultations, and support for understanding emotional eating. Clients can choose individual sessions or personalized coaching, including the 12-week “Zuhause in dir” program, which brings together nervous-system regulation, nutrition, Reiki, meditation, and emotional self-regulation. The practice also offers facial analysis as one element of a broader perspective on wellbeing, not as a medical diagnosis.

Doreen Moser describes her work as grounded, supportive, and pressure-free. As a Reiki master, nutrition consultant, and meditation teacher, she aims to provide women with a welcoming space to rebuild body confidence and find an approach suited to their lives.
