Fukumitsuya, established in 1625, is the oldest sake brewery in Kanazawa, Japan. With a history spanning over 390 years, Fukumitsuya has been producing sake using pristine brewing water and high-quality rice. The craftsmanship of its skilled artisans has been passed down through generations, ensuring the creation of exceptional sake.

Fukumitsuya offers a wide range of sake brands, including Kuroobi, Kagatobi, Kazeyo Mizuyo Hitoyo, Kagamibiraki, Fukumasa, Mizuhide, Shoshin, Dodo Tose, From the Cellar, Inori to Minoru, Ejanon Onbora, Kanazawa Bijin, and Suppin. In addition to sake, Fukumitsuya also provides various food products such as Koji Amazake, Fermented Rice Milk, ANP71 Vaten Koji Power Drink, and Zero no Shizuku.
