Fu Lang

Mistr Fu Lang’s HSCP is a training and community program based in Prague 10, offering practical self-defence, Kung Fu and movement-based activities for adults and children. Its approach emphasizes awareness, calm decision-making, prevention and the ability to respond safely under pressure, alongside physical fitness, confidence and resilience.

Adults can join group self-defence and Kung Fu sessions or arrange individual training tailored to their goals, experience and age. Personal sessions can focus on self-defence, conditioning, movement and body shaping. For children, Mini Ninja classes develop coordination, attention, courage, discipline and respect, with additional club events, camps and shared activities.

HSCP also provides self-defence courses and safety programs for schools, teachers, businesses and other groups, covering prevention, responses and safe conduct. The organization participates in school programs, city events, corporate activities and festivals, and lists a range of public, educational and commercial partners. Its website provides schedules, enrollment information, event updates and club merchandise inquiries.
