About Fulbright Israel
Fulbright Israel, formerly known as the United States-Israel Educational Foundation (USIEF), was established in 1956 to administer the prestigious Fulbright Program in Israel. The foundation, funded by the United States and Israeli governments, aims to foster mutual understanding between the people of the United States and Israel through student and faculty exchanges of the highest academic caliber. The programs are open to exceptional scholars and promising students across all academic disciplines.
