The real impetus for Fulcrum Wines is to produce wines that are in balance for discriminating consumers that believe, as we do, that more is not always better. Acid, tannin, alcohol, fruit expression, oak influence, age worthiness, and food friendliness are all key areas where we seek to strike the right balance. A fulcrum is a point of balance for a lever.
