Fuldesign

Fuldesign is a Swedish design group founded in 2005 that celebrates unconventional, handmade creativity and challenges the pressure to make everything look perfect. Through art and design, the group explores ideas of taste, who gets to define it, and how creative work can express personal stories and perspectives. Its approach favors unique, meaningful objects over standardized aesthetics and treats “ugly” as a liberating alternative to the merely polished.

Fuldesign offers graphic design, textile work, embroidery, stencil art, screen printing, patterns, wallpaper, furniture design and handmade products. Its online shop features creative goods and downloadable craft patterns, including cross-stitch designs with instructions. The group also develops concepts and exhibitions, creates interiors, and organizes workshops, events and lectures that invite people to take part in making and sharing.
