The club introduces newcomers to the sport and offers opportunities to build fitness, learn rugby skills, meet people, and take part in a supportive team community. Its activities include 15s rugby seasons, preseason meet-and-greets, touch games, regular practices, and occasional social events such as team hikes.

The club’s blog shares team news, season updates, event announcements, and reflections on women’s rugby and the wider rugby community. Practice information in the provided material lists Monday and Wednesday evening sessions at Westgrove Park in Garden Grove, California. Prospective players are asked to register with USA Rugby as a player member for Fullerton Women’s Rugby Club before practicing, and to bring athletic gear, cleats, a mouth guard, and water.
