FullPhils

Full Phils is an organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Hong Kong. It provides scholarships for online tertiary education to help workers resume studies interrupted by financial constraints. The organization’s mission is to empower and uplift OFWs through learning, supporting their prospects for better employment, greater financial security, and an improved quality of life after graduation.

Working with partner universities, Full Phils offers online, self-paced study designed to accommodate scholars with full-time jobs. This flexible approach allows students to learn at a time and place that suits their schedules. Scholars pursue a range of degree programs, including hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, psychology, business, information technology, education, and English language studies.

Full Phils also invites individuals and businesses to contribute as donors or corporate sponsors, and encourages people to volunteer or become partners. Through its scholarship program and community support, the organization aims to help OFWs return to school and build pathways to new opportunities.
