FullSec

FullSec, part of Grupo AV, provides technology solutions for residential buildings, condominiums, and corporate properties in Chile. Its goal is to modernize building operations by bringing concierge services, security, monitoring, access control, and resident communication together on one platform. The company combines remote operators available 24/7 with digital tools designed to support administrators, committees, and residents.

Its FullAPP offers visitor invitations and QR access, digital intercom, remote entry, package notifications, common-area reservations, incident reporting, and auditable activity records. FullSec also provides camera monitoring, CCTV, alarms, fire detection, access equipment, and installation and maintenance. Customers can choose individual services or select plans ranging from resident-app and access management features to remote concierge and monitoring, or a fully integrated package with equipment. The company additionally offers on-site security and cleaning services through Grupo AV. FullSec says its plans require no initial investment, with costs paid in monthly installments, and estimates potential concierge expense reductions of 30% to 60%, subject to a technical assessment.
