Mind-Body Fertility offers health and wellness coaching focused on women’s health and fertility. Based in Middlebury, Connecticut, and serving clients beyond the area, the practice is led by Heather, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. Its approach draws on Functional Medicine, which considers how a person’s genetics, environment, history, nutrition, and lifestyle may contribute to health concerns, with attention to underlying causes rather than symptoms alone.

Through a client-centered coaching process, Heather listens, educates, motivates, and supports clients as they work toward sustainable lifestyle changes. Her training includes Functional Medicine and nutrition principles, positive psychology, mind-body medicine, motivational interviewing, and health coaching practices. The website highlights coaching services for health and wellness, as well as support for healthcare professionals and veterans. It also lists events and resources such as an FAQ and client testimonials. Prospective clients can schedule a 20-minute discovery call to discuss their health journey, wellness goals, and the support they are seeking.
