Fund4Trees

Fund4Trees is a charity registered in England and Wales that promotes sustainable treescapes through conservation, public education and research. Its work focuses particularly on trees in and around urban areas, with an emphasis on helping young people understand how trees and the natural environment can be protected and improved. The charity supports research across all aspects of trees and shares knowledge through technical guidance and reports.

Fund4Trees raises funds through sponsored cycling events called Ride for Research, bringing participants and supporters together to finance tree research. Its Donate One Job initiative invites people working in arboriculture and forestry to contribute a professional fee, while Donate One Hour offers another way to give time in support of its aims. The charity has also planted trees with schoolchildren across the UK, supported arboricultural research, published technical guidelines and provided bursaries for talented young people. Through grants, bursaries and research opportunities, Fund4Trees helps advance knowledge and develop skills that contribute to healthier, more sustainable treescapes.
