About Fundació Miranda
Fundació Miranda is a non-profit organization based in Barcelona that is dedicated to promoting knowledge, understanding, and respect for horses, people, and nature. They offer a range of activities and services focused on these three pillars. For horses, they offer activities such as sponsorship opportunities and volunteering opportunities in natural spaces where horses roam freely.
They also seek new natural spaces to manage and conserve, using horses to contribute to the health and biodiversity of ecosystems. Fundació Miranda is pioneering the model of reintroducing previously abandoned and mistreated horses back into their natural habitats, thereby contributing to their well-being and ecological function. In terms of people, they collaborate with various environmental, social, and educational projects and organizations, multiplying the impact and transversality of their mission.
