Fundación Acrux es una institución sin fines de lucro, que inicia sus primeros operativos médicos en 2003. Su principal objetivo es contribuir a disminuir la lista de espera del sistema público de salud, llevando atenciones de especialidad, y en algunos casos cirugías, a los lugares más remotos, o aquellos en los cuales los especialistas son insuficientes.

About Fundacion Acrux
Fundacion Acrux is a non-profit organization established in 2005 as a group of volunteers and officially converted into a foundation in 2013. Their mission is to ensure that access to healthcare becomes a reality for all citizens of Chile. Fundacion Acrux is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to patients in remote areas and reducing waiting lists.
They have a dedicated team of over three thousand healthcare professionals who work selflessly to deliver healthcare services. In addition to the expertise of their team, they receive support from collaborating companies and have access to medical equipment to efficiently carry out their operations. As a legal entity, Fundacion Acrux is authorized to issue donation certificates in compliance with donation laws.
Through their relentless efforts, Fundacion Acrux has conducted numerous medical campaigns across multiple cities in Chile, providing over 100,000 healthcare services to date. They have also incorporated telemedicine to enhance their services. Fundacion Acrux works in close coordination with various healthcare stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and companies, to ensure the success of their initiatives.
Their ultimate goal is to contribute to the improvement of healthcare in Chile, reaching vulnerable communities and enhancing the quality of life for countless individuals
