Fundación Canaria San Vicente

Fundación Canaria San Vicente is a nonprofit initiative developed with the support of Clínica San Vicente, which has more than 20 years of experience. The foundation carries out its work on the island of Lanzarote, advocating for the rights and dignity of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental differences. Its mission is to improve their quality of life and that of their families, while its vision is to help transform and improve the services and policies available to this community.

The foundation offers diagnostic services, guidance and support for families, and training. It highlights the value of early diagnosis and its potential impact across personal, family, educational, social and working life. Its interdisciplinary team includes professionals with clinical and support-service expertise, and experience in early intervention, child and adolescent development, ASD and special educational support needs.

Training focuses on strategies, methods and good practices that create meaningful learning opportunities. People can also support the foundation through volunteering, membership, donations, corporate solidarity and other forms of collaboration.
