About Fundación Diagrama
Fundación Diagrama is a non-profit organization that has been working since 1991 to meet the needs of vulnerable and socially disadvantaged individuals, always advocating for and promoting Human Rights. They offer a range of products and services to address these needs. Under their Socio-educational Area, they manage resources that aim to promote learning of knowledge, skills, values, and social norms, helping young people and adults develop an autonomous and responsible life.
In their Socio-sanitary Area, they provide centers and programs to meet the psychosocial and healthcare needs of individuals with disabilities, addiction problems, mental health issues, and dependency. They also offer services for family support and interventions in situations of family conflict.
