Fundación Diversidad is a Spanish organisation that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion in businesses and other institutions. Since 2009, it has been responsible in Spain for implementing the European Diversity Charter, a voluntary commitment built around ten principles for creating fairer, more inclusive workplaces. Organisations of any size or sector can sign the Charter and join a community of public and private entities working toward shared goals.

The foundation supports organisations through guidance on diversity management and offers resources, training and opportunities to exchange good practices. Its activities include signing events, seminars, webinars, a diversity and inclusion course, research, awards and the annual Month of Diversity. It also provides tools such as a diversity assessment, a diversity calendar and a resource library. The foundation shares news and events, publishes annual reports, and recognises organisations with innovative, sustainable and competitive approaches to workplace inclusion.
