Forge Foundation

Founded in 2005, Fundación Forge is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering economically vulnerable youth by providing them with access to quality opportunities through work, continuous learning, and community engagement. The organization offers the "Tu Futuro" program, which includes a personal leadership and job orientation course for young individuals seeking their first job. By participating in the program, students can apply for the Forge Scholarship and join the course.

Fundación Forge also collaborates with corporate donations and promotes youth employment by connecting them with job opportunities at partner organizations. They work with a range of reputable companies to offer employment opportunities that match the students' profiles.

With offices in five countries across Latin America, the United States, and Switzerland, Fundación Forge is committed to bridging the gap between economically vulnerable youth and the future job market. Join their mission to create more opportunities for young individuals by supporting their training programs and initiatives.
