About Fundación Goya en Aragón
Fundación Goya en Aragón is dedicated to promoting research, study, and the dissemination of Francisco de Goya's life and works. Situated in the autonomous community of Aragón, the foundation aims to enhance public artistic collections related to Goya while fostering contemporary creativity. It offers a variety of services, including exhibitions that showcase Goya's artistic contributions and educational resources for the community.
With a focus on accessibility, the foundation hosts a plethora of activities such as conferences, podcasts, and workshops that engage audiences with Goya’s genius. In collaboration with local institutions, Fundación Goya showcases significant exhibitions, such as the GOYA. Fantasía y razón: Los Caprichos series, bringing Goya's works to life through facsimiles.
Additionally, the foundation features an extensive online catalog comprising over 1,800 of Goya's works, providing a resource for enthusiasts and scholars alike. Through its initiatives, Fundación Goya en Aragón continues to celebrate and preserve the invaluable legacy of one of Spain's most renowned artists
