Fundación Lorena Ochoa is a non-profit organization that was founded in December 2004 with a mission to promote the integral development and self-esteem of children and adolescents from low-income backgrounds through academic, sports, and cultural education. Their main project is the Centro Educativo la Barranca, located in the outskirts of Guadalajara, Mexico, where they provide breakfast, primary and secondary education, afternoon workshops, and psychological support to 361 students. This unique educational model focuses on teaching children through art, music, and games to awaken their skills and empower them for the future.

The foundation relies on self-sustainable fundraising programs to support their socio-educational projects. They aim to consolidate their initiatives by establishing an effective fundraising system and by constructing and equipping multi-purpose sports courts in the secondary building. They also plan to implement a high school program at the Centro Educativo la Barranca.
