Fundación de Niños de Puerto Rico is a non-profit organization dedicated to the health and well-being of children in Puerto Rico. Since its establishment in 1995, the foundation has been committed to providing a better quality of life for children and young people from low-income families who have been diagnosed with cancer, malformations, or chronic diseases. Their services cover a range of medical treatments and services, including surgeries, medical evaluations, medications, and laboratory tests, among others.

Additionally, the foundation offers support to families in need, covering the costs of necessary medical services and treatments. They work in collaboration with more than 16 children's shelters throughout the island. The foundation also operates specialized programs such as a hospital education program and a psychological and psychiatric support program, providing comprehensive care to patients, parents, and siblings.
