Fundación Semilla is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting inclusive and participatory education in Chile. Our team of multidisciplinary experts works tirelessly to develop innovative methodologies and content to support educational communities in the areas of coexistence and civic education.

We offer a range of services and programs aimed at improving the learning environment, with a focus on emotional learning and embracing diversity. Through our programs, we aim to empower young people and revitalize public spaces, fostering positive leadership and strengthening civil society.

With a track record of success, we have already trained over 12,000 young people across 200 schools in 100 different municipalities and territories. Our work extends beyond Chile, with projects in 5 different countries.
