Fundación UADY

Fundación UADY, formally the Fundación de la Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, A.C., is a foundation supporting the development of the university’s community in Yucatán, Mexico. It invites individuals, businesses, educational institutions, and civil-society organizations to collaborate through donations and strategic partnerships, helping extend the reach of initiatives that benefit UADY students and the wider university community. The foundation promotes educational support, including scholarships, and social-impact projects intended to encourage a more inclusive and equitable future.

Its activities include the Programa Agentes de Cambio, opportunities for professional internships and social service, and initiatives such as Solidaridad Jaguar and Conciencia Social. In partnership with the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, it also presents the Premio Egresado Jaguar, recognizing distinguished UADY alumni, and supports projects including restoration of the university’s Centro Deportivo Universitario. The foundation shares activity reports and information about current projects and events. Donations are reported as tax-deductible for individuals and organizations, with receipts available on request.
