La Fundació Rubricatus

Fundació Rubricatus is a nonprofit social initiative based in El Prat de Llobregat, Spain, dedicated to advancing the social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. For more than 25 years, it has worked to support autonomy, employment and active participation, helping people shape their lives with dignity and fulfilment.

The foundation combines employment opportunities with occupational therapy and personal support. Its CETis Special Employment Centre runs business activities in the mainstream market and provides support to employees with disabilities across its production areas. Its Occupational Centre offers occupational therapy to promote social inclusion, alongside support for individuals and their families.

Rubricatus also develops activities that encourage self-determination, personal independence and social skills. Through its services and community projects, the foundation seeks to improve the quality of life and social and workplace integration of adults with disabilities, whether they participate as employees or service users. Its home meal service also cares for older people, helps address loneliness and creates employment opportunities that contribute to inclusion.
