Fundacja TERAZ MY

Fundacja Teraz My is a charitable foundation in Bytom, Poland, supporting children and young people with developmental difficulties, along with their families. Its mission combines therapeutic care with education and efforts to build greater social acceptance, understanding, and positive attitudes toward neurodiversity and disability. The foundation focuses on young people with a broad range of intellectual abilities who attend mainstream schools.

Its services include developmental and autism assessments, including ADOS-2 and ADI-R, as well as psychological, speech and language, sensory integration, and auditory processing evaluations. Individual therapies include psychological and speech therapy, Biofeedback, the Warnke Method, Neuroflow auditory training, sensory integration, and relaxation sessions with virtual reality elements. Group programs include social skills training, creative sensory activities, and emotional support groups for parents.

Fundacja Teraz My also organizes workshops and consultations for families, psychoeducational conferences, inclusive activities, and volunteering opportunities for its beneficiaries. Through partnerships with schools and other organizations, it promotes learning, participation, and community integration.
