Fundacja Ander is a Polish foundation established in 2013 to identify promising young people and support their development in science, sport and invention. Its work combines research and innovation initiatives with opportunities for young people to take part in physical activity and pursue sporting ambitions.

In science, the foundation manages and supports research and development programs intended to advance innovation, including the commercialisation of research results. Its featured projects include a system for monitoring microorganisms in compost and soil, an early-warning platform for cyanobacterial blooms in water, and research into a vegan tuna alternative made from jackfruit. The foundation has also supported educational provision in Wrocław and research related to COVID-19.

In sport, Fundacja Ander supports youth clubs, helps organise and co-finance competitions, and promotes active lifestyles. Its activities include backing surfing and water-sport schools, surfing training, skateboarding events, kitesurfing development and a bicycle safety campaign. Through project funding, training and partnerships, the foundation aims to help young talent grow and to encourage healthier, more active communities.
