Fundacja Dar

Fundacja Pomocy Dzieciom DAR is a Polish charitable foundation established on 17 December 2010 by Bogdan Zubiel. Based in Łęgowo near Gdańsk, it supports children facing difficult financial or personal circumstances, helping them access opportunities for spiritual and intellectual development. Its work spans medical treatment, rehabilitation, social assistance and integration, with support delivered through charitable initiatives and community partnerships.

The foundation contributes to children’s meal programmes and helps cover treatment and rehabilitation costs. It provides textbooks and educational materials to children from low-income families, and offers social and academic scholarships to children and young people. It also supports initiatives that promote the integration of people with disabilities, funds medical equipment and pharmaceutical supplies, and helps acquire specialist equipment for public benefit. Recent projects include preparing school kits for children from Ukraine, supplying sports uniforms to a primary school in Sobowidz, and providing financial support to young footballers. The foundation also runs a local clothing-recycling programme, which has helped fund community support.
