Beskidzka Foundation for the Development of Sport and Education “EduS” is a Bielsko-Biała-based nonprofit founded in 2019 by people united by a lifelong passion for karate. The foundation aims to support children, young people, and adults in the surrounding community through sport and education, with a particular focus on promoting Shotokan karate. It presents karate not only as a martial art and a means of self-defence, but also as a way to improve fitness, flexibility, posture, and personal development.

EduS emphasizes discipline, mutual respect, confidence, resilience, and the determination to pursue goals. Its activities include martial arts through the Hajime Martial Arts Club, karate classes for children, and technique development. The foundation also lists language learning and Nordic walking among its offerings.

Drawing on the founders’ experience as competitors and instructors, EduS seeks to make the benefits of karate accessible to people at different stages of life, helping participants build physical skills and positive character traits in a supportive community
