Fundacja Regiment is an independent Polish non-governmental organization founded by Krystyna and Piotr Włodarek. Inspired by their shared interests, the foundation brings together two areas of activity: Strefa Historii (History Zone) and Strefa Kobiet (Women’s Zone). Its work combines historical initiatives with activities that support women’s psychological well-being.
Through Strefa Historii, the foundation focuses on the history of the Second World War, particularly military operations in the Wałcz Lake District. It organizes events with a historical character and invites people to explore this regional history.
Strefa Kobiet offers women opportunities for personal development, a fresh perspective on themselves and the world, and support from others on a shared journey. The foundation also welcomes collaboration with people and organizations interested in either area. Donations help fund its statutory activities, including historical events and initiatives supporting women’s well-being. Based in Wałcz, Fundacja Regiment presents its work as a way to share the founders’ passions and create welcoming spaces for learning, connection, and support.
