Fundamentals Basketball

Fundamentals Basketball Coaching is a Sydney-based basketball coaching brand offering fun, challenging sessions for players of different ages and skill levels. Its coaching is designed to help participants develop their basketball skills while enjoying the game and building confidence through individual and team experiences. The program runs group sessions aligned with school terms, with current offerings including Under 12s and Under 14s. Players and families can enquire about upcoming group sessions or arrange individual coaching to suit their needs.

Led by founder and head coach Fidoh, the coaching team aims to make sessions energetic, supportive and responsive to each player’s abilities. Feedback from families highlights the coaches’ patience, knowledge of the game and ability to tailor exercises to children’s needs. Fundamentals Basketball Coaching presents basketball as an opportunity to grow physically and mentally while experiencing the fun and achievement of sport.
