FUNdamental Swimming is a global swimming and aquatic development venture and online platform. Our mission is to inspire swimming teachers and coaches, as well as encourage swimmers of all levels and backgrounds to learn, participate, and stay in the sport for as long as possible. We offer a wide range of services and resources to support swimming education and development.

For swimming teachers, coaches, school swimming teachers, and business owners, we provide online courses that serve as a toolkit and video resource library. Our courses include Teaching Swimming at the Foundation/Intermediate Level, Strength and Fitness Programs, and Lesson Plans. In Cape Town, at the Quadrant Complex in Claremont and St Cyprians School, we offer stroke development and fitness programs for children aged 5 years and up.

Our engaging mini workshops focus on one stroke per week, making learning fun and enjoyable. Private sessions are also available upon request. We also offer stroke development and fitness programs for adults in small groups.

Our fitness sessions are perfect for those looking to stay in shape, and triathletes are welcome to join us for specialized swimming sessions. Private sessions can be arranged as well. For more information and to get in touch, please visit our website or reach out to us by email or social media.
