FUNDASES

FUNDASES is a social organisation within the Minuto de Dios community, with nearly 40 years of experience advancing biotechnology for the agricultural, environmental and social sectors. Its work brings together research, development and knowledge transfer to support sustainable farming, healthier soils and resilient communities across Colombia. The organisation is the country’s authorised representative for EM® Technology, a beneficial microorganism consortium developed in Japan and endorsed by EMRO Japan.

FUNDASES offers biotechnological products including EM-1®, Agroplux, Compost, Azobac, Forforiz, Vermiwash, Agrogreen and Agrocid, serving plant nutrition, soil improvement and environmental care. It also provides technical guidance to help customers apply its solutions. Its laboratory conducts physicochemical, microbiological and enzymatic analyses of soil, water and plant material, using an agroecological approach.

Through CORAFLOR, its rural sustainable development centre, FUNDASES offers practical training, research and demonstration projects in agroecology and sustainability. Training and technical assistance cover composting, biotechnology and waste management. With distributors in nearly 20 Colombian departments, projects and strategic partners, FUNDASES works to promote integral sustainability and improve quality of life.
