Funk Construction

Funk Construction is a commercial builder serving mission-driven organizations across Central Pennsylvania. With more than 85 years of experience, the company partners with faith-based institutions, senior living communities, nonprofits, and other clients to create spaces that support their goals and the communities they serve. Its work is guided by integrity, craftsmanship, lasting relationships, and a commitment to understanding each client’s vision and purpose.

The company offers commercial construction, design-build, construction management, adaptive reuse, additions, and renovations. Projects range from new facilities to the renewal or repurposing of existing buildings. Through its design-build approach, Funk Construction can bring design and construction together under one contract, providing clients with a single source of responsibility. Its team also works with clients’ architects and engineers or can help assemble a suitable project team. Construction management and value engineering help clients assess project needs, budget, materials, and site considerations while making informed choices. Funk Construction’s portfolio includes apartments, senior living communities, a hotel, a community center, and places of worship.
