Fur Free Alliance

The Fur Free Alliance is an international coalition of 40 animal protection organizations dedicated to putting an end to the exploitation and killing of animals for fur. Representing millions of supporters worldwide, the Alliance brings together like-minded organizations to fight against the deprivation and cruelty endured by fur-bearing animals in both wild trapping and industrial fur farming. The Fur Free Alliance focuses on three main areas: political, corporate, and consumer.

Politically, they aim to expand national production bans to reduce the supply of fur. On a corporate level, they promote the Fur Free Retailer scheme and corporate campaigns to decrease demand. At a consumer level, they raise awareness about the serious animal welfare issues surrounding fur farming and trapping through investigations and veterinary expertise.
