Fursa | Tel Aviv is a non-profit organization under the guidance of The Portland Trust, dedicated to empowering talented Arab individuals by providing opportunities in the Israeli Hi-Tech industry. Their vision is to promote economic development in Israel's social periphery by integrating under-represented youngsters into quality employment in the hi-tech sector. Fursa was established in 2020 to address the underemployment of outstanding Arab engineers and STEM graduates who face unique challenges in securing entry-level positions due to geographical barriers, lack of networks, and less practical experience.

Through their supportive programs, Fursa offers selected participants training in high-demand technologies and soft skills, leading to successful placements in leading tech companies as junior developers. Led by a team of experienced professionals, including a CEO with over 20 years of HR experience and a CTO with extensive software engineering expertise, Fursa has become a true gateway to opportunity for young Arab talent, transforming lives and breaking down barriers in the process
