FÜRst Aid

FÜRst Aid is a first-aid training brand founded by Jarosław Fürst, a paramedic who has worked in emergency response since 2019 and has more than four years of experience as a professional trainer. Its mission is to help people respond confidently and effectively when someone’s life is at risk. Courses combine practical medical knowledge, modern teaching methods, realistic scenarios and hands-on exercises, with content tailored to each group.

FÜRst Aid offers first-aid training for companies and institutions, including team preparation for emergencies; courses for teachers and childcare professionals covering incidents such as choking, unconsciousness and sudden illness in children; and friendly, low-pressure sessions for individuals and families. Specialist training addresses serious bleeding, major injuries and road traffic accidents for participants seeking knowledge beyond the basics. Sessions are led by experienced paramedics and use professional training equipment. FÜRst Aid can travel to clients and offers flexible scheduling. Based in Poznań, Poland, the brand aims to make life-saving skills accessible to people and organisations with different needs and levels of experience.
