Fusion Fighting System (FFS) is a martial arts and self-protection training provider offering practical instruction for children, teens, and adults in a supportive, inclusive environment. Drawing on more than 40 years of experience across martial arts disciplines, FFS combines striking, grappling, functional conditioning, and mental resilience. Its approach focuses on real-world self-protection, including awareness, avoidance, de-escalation, and skills for responding to confrontation, rather than sport alone.

Programs include children’s and adult MMA, self-defence, close quarter combat, confidence and fitness training, and The Approach, a self-protection system developed by Eddie Quinn. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome, and participants can book a free trial before deciding to continue. Sensei Hussain also provides tailored one-to-one coaching and private group training by appointment.

FFS holds classes at locations in Tooting and Carshalton, with sessions scheduled for different age groups. The organisation aims to help members build practical skills, fitness, confidence, and resilience through structured training and personal guidance.
