Fu Style World Association teaches Fu Style Wudang Quan, a traditional internal martial arts system created by Fu Zhensong, one of China’s famed Five Northern Tigers. Now led by third-generation heir Master Victor Shenglong Fu, the school continues a family lineage spanning three generations. Its classes are held in Vancouver, with online learning available to students worldwide.
The system brings together Tai Chi, Bagua, Xingyi, Liang Yi and Ssu Hsiang, alongside Shaolin and traditional hand and weapon forms. With more than ten traditional sets and over thirty hand and weapon sets, Fu Style emphasizes coordinated full-body movement, supple waist and hip action, balance and practical self-defence. Students can explore the art for fitness, health, wellness or martial skill.
In Vancouver, the school offers year-round weekly classes covering Tai Chi, Push Hands, Bagua, Xingyi and other practices. Online, on-demand video courses let learners study forms at their own pace and revisit lessons as needed; gentle seniors’ Tai Chi forms are also available.
